Function room for celebrations
We offer a range of room hire services to suit your personal or family celebrations. Our main open wooden-beamed Function Room can seat 100 people for a sit down meal or 150 for a buffet.

Other configurations and numbers can be accommodated by arrangement. Our Executive Room can host 16 people seated or about 30 buffet style and can be used as a Reception or preparation room. Both rooms include our own in-house franchised catering service, and a selection of wines to suit your occasion.

Our packaged service can include recommendations for local wedding/party planners, car hire, photographers, wedding attire, and florists. Access to our kitchen facilities is only to our own caterers.

Air Conditioning cool for Summer, and warm boost for colder nights.
Raised stage area for artists supported by a sound system for CD music or public address.
Lighting system adjustable to suit your mood.

42″ LED flat screen TV for smaller presentation of photographs or video from your laptop.

Important Note: Our premises licence requires us to operate a Noise Limiter to protect our neighbours and Club Members from excess noise. This device automatically cuts power to stage sockets and could damage DJ or artists’ amplifier equipment if the sound level goes over the limit, and the warning lights are ignored. The Club does not accept liability for any such damage.

Our luxury Executive Room includes:
Luxury space on the ground floor for exclusive private use.
Boardroom table and seating for 16 people, or 30 buffet style, table is modular making 3x smaller ones for flexible use.
1.5M x 1.5M screen and LCD projector for presentations, photographs or video from your laptop.
Free WiFi facilities.

Do you need to hold large or small meetings off-site, need a pop-up office for a short time, or longer term accommodation? Whether its for large corporation events or small local business meetings we have a range of rooms and associated facilities to offer you.

Our main Function Room can be configured in a variety of layouts suitable for presentations, training, or celebrations – suiting up to 150 people, please enquire for more details.
